Changing your order

If you need to make any changes to your order or if you need to cancel it, please contact me within 24hrs of placing your order. Because of my shipping timeframe, I am not able to cancel nor change it beyond this point.

Timeframe & Terms

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Custom items can not be refunded, exchanged or returned.
  • Limited Editions can not be refunded, exchanged or returned.
  • Sale items can not be refunded, exchanged or returned.

Terms and conditions:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you want to return or exchange your item, send your request by email and after confirmation send your item as instructed to:

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for your return and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Inspection of your item

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your exchange or refund is approved or rejected.

Exchanges:

If your exchange request is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and sent to the address of the original order.

Refunds:

If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you think you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your different bank accounts again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me.
